Its thermal expansion coefficient is about 4.5×10⁻⁶℃, which is highly compatible with silicon (3.5 – 4×10⁻⁶℃) and gallium arsenide (6×10⁻⁶℃). This feature makes it stable in response to temperature changes. In addition, it also has excellent electrical properties, dielectric constant, dielectric loss, volume resistivity, dielectric strength are excellent, mechanical properties are not inferior, flexural strength is higher than alumina and beryllium oxide ceramics, and it can be sintered at normal pressure, is non-toxic and harmless, and safety is guaranteed.
